Invitation

\r\n

\r\n

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the International Seminar on Aging and Health Policy, hosted by the BK21 (Brain Korea) Center for Elderly Health Policy Research at the School of Public Health, Seoul National University.

\r\n

\r\n

Korea has experienced very rapid population aging, which poses serious challenges for the health and social policy. In this seminar, four experts from Canada, Japan and Korea will present their research on the aging and policy issues in health, long-term care, pension and demographic change. Presenters and discussants will provide diverse perspectives on population aging, based on political science, economics, demography, and public health.

\r\n

\r\n

We hope that this seminar provides an opportunity to share experiences of Canada, Japan, and Korea in the area of population aging and its implications on society and government policies. We thank you all for the participation in the seminar.
